Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
